The Opportunity

Job Description: Graduate Program - Commercial - Brands & Market Protection 

Location: Barcelona

Contract: 1 year - Graduate Program

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented graduate to actively support the commercial team in protecting brand equity by monitoring and managing risks related to grey market activities and unauthorized distribution. The role involves close collaborating with global commercial, legal, and supply chain teams, to identify and address market leaks, ensure compliance with commercial policies and safeguarding sustainable business growth.

What you'll get to do

•    Gather and analyzing grey market findings worldwide to build and maintain a robust data base.
•    Analysis of key commercial indicators to provide actionable insights to the global commercial teams and the brands.
•    Prepare and deliver monthly internal KPI’s reports in coordination with external & internal teams
•    Lead digital project management tasks coordinating, overseeing and reviewing progress tracking to achieve business objectives.
•    Manage internal tracking system, providing user support and working with supply chain teams to enhance the system functionality and scope.
•    Lead or contribute to projects related to market and brand protection.
•    Support the brand and market protection team in the preparation of presentations and reports.
•    Manage key client accounts internally to effectively achieve annual sales targets.

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Education: University degree in Economics, BA, or similar 
•    Languages: Fluency in English, Spanish
•    Experience in an analytical role with advance level of Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX, PIVOTS, IFS)
•    Problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on proactive prevention
•    Excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels of organization
•    Competencies: Rigorous, accuracy, analytical, results oriented, teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team player with good interpersonal skills.  Active listening. Creativity and curiosity for the beauty sector.
•    Specific knowledge will be appreciated: Power BI
