The Opportunity

Mission:
Puig has embraced the digital era and has advanced many leading consumer-facing digital solutions across its brands and markets organization. As we prepare for the next phase of our plan and to cover maternity leave our team members, we seek a Temporary Digital Content Technology Executive at Puig group level. 

The individual will focus on managing projects and technical solutions reporting to the Digital Content Technology Manager related to Digital Assets Management and Product Information Management domains. The key internal stakeholders for this position are the Brands and Markets Digital Platforms managers, PIM Office team, global e-commerce/e-Tailing/marketplaces managers and other members of the Digital and Global Retail Technology team.
 

What you'll get to do

Functions and Responsibilities:
Contribute to ensure the technical integrity and the consistency of the Digital Assets Management and Product Information Management domains. An executive on this team will usually spend the majority of their time engaging with all aspects and activities of the domain: from concept scoping to analysis and definition of implementation requirements and coordinating ongoing technical activities. They must have a broad technical/domain knowledge to be able to contribute correctly to all of these.

These will include:
•    Partner with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements around digital assets initiatives, so the implementation partners have a clear backlog of tasks following the Puig guidelines.
•    Create governance, process, and training documentation for future continuity in managing assets.
•    Work with integration/solutions partners and internal stakeholders in a collaborative and agile way to best design and execute the technical architecture definition and improve the platform.
•    Requirement discussion/ clarification with stakeholders
•    Develop content hierarchy based on the requirements.
•    Debug and support day-to-day critical issues reported by users.
•    Coordinate with different stakeholders for smooth operations and brand/geo rollouts.
•    Provide user training and assist in User Acceptance Testing

Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience:
•    At least two (2) years of experience working as a DAM consultant, DAM system owner, or digital asset librarian with admin responsibilities, managing digital assets for large organizations ideally in a consulting or agency environment.
•    Experience in working with PIM leading tools like Salsify or Akeneo.
•    Strong technical knowledge of the capabilities of AEM Assets and the digital marketing systems where DAM can be integrated.
•    Experience leading marketing transformation initiatives around marketing effectiveness, marketing operations, marketing management, and change management across diverse industries.
•    Ability to recommend best practices to manage and govern large scale DAM systems.
•    Deep understanding of content hierarchy and Metadata Schemas
•    Experience in defining a multi-brand multi-geo taxonomy.
•    Understanding overall architecture and designs of MarTech stacks
•    In-depth understanding of User management, roles & permissions
•    Knowledge of configuring OOTB user interface (UI)
•    Familiarity with systems like Adobe AEM Sites, SAP Commerce Cloud or Drupal.
•    Experience in building, deploying and supporting Internet-facing applications.
•    Understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
•    Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Firm understanding of photography, creative, and production processes common in agencies and digital media organizations.
•    Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation and writing skills.
•    Experience in SCRUM and agile project management models.

* Education: Computer engineering/Telecommunications/Multimedia University degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
* Languages: English and Spanish full professional proficiency. French will be a plus.
* Competencies: Passion for technology, consumer experiences, and marketing technologies. Highly organized and disciplined, with proven multi-tasking ability. Strong analytical mind with process orientation. Team and action oriented. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with high energy, and a positive, winning attitude. Experience in Luxury/Cosmetic/FMCG/Retail industry is a plus.
