The Opportunity

Ensure at all times a unique and unforgettable shopping experience in the assigned shops, achieving the Sell Out targets set, monitoring KPIs and other shop traffic indicators and metrics. In addition, the Store Manager leads, develops and motivates the assigned team of Brand Ambassadors (both permanent and temporary), fostering a strong team spirit.

As Store Manager, you will ensure proper compliance with image guidelines and report to your superiors using the various tools and processes in place, where you will be able to identify opportunities and threats within the shop environment. As a member of the shop team, you will also achieve your personal sales targets in accordance with your effective working time.

  • Lead and motivate a team of shop employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, visual merchandising standards and shop operations.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with HQ to implement sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training and development of sales associates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and embody the company's values and image at all times.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
  • Competencies: Analytical skills, strong customer focus, goal oriented, leadership by example, effective communication, team player, problem solving skills, commitment to tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
