The Opportunity

BYREDO is looking for a Senior Image Producer to join our team in Stockholm, with a preferred start date as soon as possible. Reporting to Head of Image Production, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to lead and oversee large-scale productions within a creative and dynamic environment. 

What you'll get to do

As a Senior Image Producer, you will play an essential role in managing large-scale productions from pre-production to final delivery. Your work will involve overseeing budgets, timelines, and logistics while ensuring smooth collaboration and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for handling contracts, invoicing, vendor registration, purchase orders, and deal memos, ensuring all administrative and financial processes are managed effectively. Beyond execution, you will contribute to optimizing production workflows and fostering strong partnerships.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative roles, photographers, stylists, and designers to align on vision and project requirements. You will also work alongside the legal department to manage agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance and smooth administrative processes. Maintaining a proactive approach to budget and timeline challenges will be essential in keeping projects on track and ensuring successful execution.

 

Your main missions include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the entire production process, ensuring seamless execution from planning to final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams to align on creative vision and production requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including production agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Develop and manage project overviews, budgets, and timelines while proactively identifying and addressing potential constraints in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Handle contracts, deal memos, purchase orders, vendor registration, and invoicing in coordination with legal department to ensure smooth administrative processes. 
  • Ensure the distribution of key production documents and oversee workflow efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, efficient channels of communication, productivity, and teamwork.

Other desired qualifications and soft skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in image production, with a strong track record in managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience in the luxury fashion or beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in budget management, cost tracking, and financial administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, anticipating and resolving production challenges effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain quality and creativity under pressure.
  • A deep understanding of Byredo’s brand ethos, aesthetic, and creative direction.
