The Opportunity

BYREDO is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Stockholm. This is a full-time, permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period, with an ideal start date as soon as possible.
You will translate ideas into refined, visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity, craftsmanship, and contemporary spirit.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and evolving BYREDO’s visual universe. What you'll get to do

Brand & Creative Development

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels.
  • Create compelling visual concepts that strengthen the brand identity and support overall business and marketing goals.
  • Ensure high-quality creative output across digital, print, and experiential platforms.

Design Execution

  • Own projects from brief to concept and delivery: research, create mood boards, develop designs, prepare presentations, and deliver final artwork.
  • Translate creative direction into impactful design that clearly communicates the brand message.
  • Ensure designs are production-ready and aligned with briefs, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive visual direction.
  • Brief, guide, and provide feedback to external partners to maintain brand consistency and creative excellence.
  • Present design concepts and explain creative rationale to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with cultural, design, and technological trends, ensuring the brand remains visually relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Explore new design approaches, materials, and tools (including AI and emerging digital formats) to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the team, fostering creativity and learning.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 6–10 years of professional experience in design (agency or in-house), ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience  in developing creative concepts from brief to final execution across multiple media and formats.
  • A solid understanding of premium design and production processes, including print, digital, environmental design, and packaging (experience with premium packaging is a strong plus).
  • A strong design foundation, with a deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating original visual assets; illustration skills, both hand-drawn or digital, are a valuable asset.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion and video editing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic, curious, and culturally aware mindset, with the ability to connect visual design to brand identity and business objectives.
