The Opportunity

 

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join the Puig Nordics team in Stockholm on a temporary, full-time basis (for just under a year), with the intention to transition into a permanent position. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the establishment and growth of Puig Nordics, where you’ll have the chance to contribute in shaping our operations and supporting key commercial activities. In this role, you’ll support the Commercial Manager in the smooth execution of day-to-day activities related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with analytical tasks and operational processes, and who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment.

What you'll get to do

 

Account & Sales Support:

  • Assist in the management of key accounts by providing operational support and ensuring smooth communication to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support the tracking of sales performance and stock availability across key accounts to ensure alignment with targets and provide input for planning and decision-making.
  • Support the preparation and execution of business plans for key accounts by assisting with data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales data, stock movements, and key performance metrics for various accounts to support the Commercial team with performance tracking.
  • Generate regular reports to highlight trends, identify gaps in performance, and provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
  • Support by maintaining up-to-date records on account performance, product stock levels, and sales progress

Operational Support:

  • Ensure smooth execution of internal processes, including the management of orders, inventory updates, invoicing and tracking of sales budgets.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products to key accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Assist the Commercial team in coordinating with various internal departments to ensure alignment on commercial goals and activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams when it comes to executing operational tasks and following up on account-related actions

Administrative Support:
•    Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial team, ensuring that key tasks such as report preparation, tracking of promotional activities, and order management are completed accurately and on time.
•    Maintain up-to-date databases and files related to account management, inventory levels, and sales performance for future reference.
•    Support in managing Master Data, including technical information entry in systems such as SAP and Mass registrations (used for client setup and product registration).

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

 

Experience:
•    1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or account management coordination role, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
•    Some experience with sales operations or supporting key account management teams is an advantage.

 

Competencies:

  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data, identify patterns and trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working with quantitative data, generating reports, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong familiarity with Power BI and SAP.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

 

Languages:

  • English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
