The Opportunity

We are looking for a Retail Project Executive for a 3-month temporary assignment, with a start date as soon as possible and running until December 31st. The role is to lead and support key retail initiatives focused on improving store operations and enhancing the customer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring someone with solid retail experience, strong execution skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

What you'll get to do

•    Lead and manage multiple retail improvement initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality are met.
•    Identify areas for improvement across in-store operations, customer service touchpoints, and store routines; propose and implement practical, effective solutions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Training, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure alignment and smooth project rollout.
•    Coordinate with store managers and field teams to gather insights, test new processes, and support implementation on the shop floor.
•    Monitor progress and track project KPIs, providing clear status updates and identifying risks or blockers early.
•    Prepare and present concise project reports, including actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
•    Ensure consistency in execution and brand standards across all retail touchpoints.
•    Support operational excellence by driving clarity, structure, and follow-through in store processes.

Skills & Competencies

•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
•    Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Structured, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach.
•    Advanced Excel skills and confident user of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications & Experience

•    Senior-level retail experience with a strong understanding of daily store operations and customer-facing processes.
•    Previous experience in project coordination or process improvement within a retail environment.
•    Proven track record of driving operational improvements and enhancing the customer experience.
•    Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is highly beneficial.
•    Experience working cross-functionally and in matrix organizations is a plus.
