The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail‑oriented Retail Intern to join our Stockholm‑based Retail team for a minimum period of 6 months, either asap or as of Fall. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain first‑hand insight into retail operations and performance management within the Beauty & Fragrance industry, while supporting the retail organization across stores.
As an intern, you will work closely with the Retail team and support day‑to‑day activities related to store operations, retail performance analytics, and internal coordination. You will be guided by experienced retail professionals and gain a practical understanding of how retail performance, store operations, and business insights are managed within a commercial organisation.
Please note: To be eligible for this internship, you must currently be enrolled as a student and be able to provide documentation confirming that the internship is a mandatory part of your study programme
What you'll get to do
Retail Operations & Store Support
- Support the Retail team with day to day retail operations, including store follow-ups, order coordination, operational monitoring, stock management, assortment availability, and addressing store requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and updating operational documentation, templates and store related information.
- Support coordination related to store needs, initiatives or ongoing operational priorities. Contribute to organizing store readiness checks to facilitate effective in-store execution.
- Gain insight into how store operations are structured and managed from a head office perspective.
- Support the follow-up of invoices and budgets, including tracking, coordination and ensuring timely updates with relevant stakeholders
Training Coordination & Performance Insights
- Support the coordination of training and education initiatives in close collaboration with the Field Trainer, with a clear link to retail performance and identified development needs.
- Assist in analysing store performance data (e.g. KPIs, sales trends) to help identify where training or coaching initiatives could have the greatest impact.
- Support the preparation, coordination and follow‑up of training sessions, ensuring relevant insights and objectives are reflected in training content.
- Contribute to post‑training follow‑ups by supporting simple evaluations and observations on how training initiatives connect to changes in behaviours, performance or customer experience.
- Gain insight into how education, capability building, customer experience and retail performance are connected from a head‑office perspective
Cross-Functional Exposure
- Observe and support collaboration between Retail, Marketing, Commercial and other internal teams.
- Assist with internal coordination, communication and follow‑ups across functions.
- Gain a broader understanding of how retail strategy and execution come together across the organisation.

- Currently enrolled in a relevant university programme (e.g. business, retail management, economics or similar), with strong analytical components.
- Interested in retail, store operations and performance analytics.
- Structured, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data (strong Excel skills are expected).
- Previous experience from retail or store environment is an advantage, combined with a strong interest in the commercial side of the business.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
