The Opportunity

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Stockholm office, home to Puig Nordic and Byredo’s Creative Studio. This is a substitution for approximately one year, starting mid october, with the possibility of extension.

As Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our workplace – making sure our office is not just a place to work, but a space where people feel supported, inspired, and at home. You will lead both the day-to-day operations and long-term improvements, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a touch of creativity.

What you'll get to do

  • Take full ownership of the daily operations of the office – services, logistics, equipment, and suppliers.
  • Develop routines for smooth workflows, space use, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage office budget, supplier contracts, and purchasing.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance (fire safety lead).
  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding and contribute to workplace culture and wellbeing.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that build team spirit and inclusion.
  • Be the main contact for property owners, vendors, and visitors.
  • Provide basic IT support and coordinate with global/local IT teams.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Proactive, organised, and service-minded – with a warm, professional communication style
  • Several years of experience in office/facility management, ideally in an international or creative environment.
  • Good understanding of Swedish workplace regulations and HSE.
  • Experience with budgeting, supplier management, and contracts.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic IT support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – warm, clear, and professional.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
