The Opportunity
The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across a diverse brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics. This role will oversee brand strategy, product launches, media planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand growth and optimize presence across retail and digital channels.
What you'll get to do
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with global objectives and regional market needs.
• Safeguard brand image by managing 360° launches and activation calendars, ensuring growth across all channels.
• Proactively identify gaps in marketing plans and propose ATL and BTL initiatives to activate brands effectively.
• Build and present strategic marketing plans for retailers, highlighting opportunities for category expansion within the portfolio.
• Regularly monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and sales performance to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate and deliver compelling presentations to key accounts and sales conferences.
Media Planning & Public Relations:
• Lead media strategy and planning in collaboration with the Media Agency, adapting global strategies to local markets.
• Work with media agencies to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns within budget.
• Oversee the development and execution of PR strategies in partnership with the PR Agency to drive impactful activations and campaigns.
Pricing & Performance Management:
• Provide strategic guidance on pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze brand performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with sales and retail teams to maximize brand performance across sell-in and sell-out.
Leadership & Team Development:
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Devise clear roadmaps for team members’ professional development, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
• Act as a key influencer within the organization, inspiring teams to achieve shared goals.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, category management, or a similar marketing role.
• Proven success in managing marketing campaigns within the luxury, FMCG, or cosmetics sectors.
• Experience in retail marketing and digital marketing is essential.
• Team management experience, including responsibility for the development of direct reports.
Languages:
• English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
