The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge for our Prestige brands across the Nordic region. In this exciting role, you will build and nurture strong relationships with retailers and distributors, driving both sales growth and brand presence. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that resonate with our brand’s DNA while aligning with our business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and take our brands to new heights.

What you'll get to do

  • Drive Category Growth & Strategic Planning:
    Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic plans that align with brand objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to present and implement action plans.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Management:
    Manage profitable growth for Puig and its retail partners, negotiate terms, define commercial conditions, and track P&L performance to maximize ROI.
  • Omnichannel Activation & Execution:
    Lead product launches, manage assortments, and create omnichannel activation strategies for both retail and digital channels. Work closely with retail and trade teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Customer & Distributor Management:
    Build strong relationships with clients, implement joint business plans, and manage distributors in Denmark, Norway, and Finland to drive growth. Monitor market dynamics and ensure brand alignment.

Experience & Skills:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar role), preferably in beauty or luxury sectors.
  • Proven experience in the Nordic market with an understanding of the retail landscape and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

 

Languages:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
