The Opportunity
The Key Account Executive will support the Commercial Manager in the smooth execution of day-to-day activities related to account management, sales operations, and performance monitoring.
What you'll get to do
Account & Sales Support:
• Assist in the management of key accounts by providing operational support and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Help track sales performance and monitor stock availability across key accounts to ensure alignment with sales targets.
• Support the preparation and execution of business plans for key accounts by assisting with data collection, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and analyze sales data, stock movements, and key performance metrics for various accounts to support the Commercial Manager in evaluating performance.
• Generate regular reports to highlight trends, identify gaps in performance, and provide actionable insights for sales optimization.
• Support by maintaining up-to-date records on account performance, product stock levels, and sales progress.
Operational Support:
• Ensure smooth execution of internal processes, including the management of orders, inventory updates, and tracking of sales budgets.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products to key accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Assist the Commercial Manager in coordinating with various internal departments, including to ensure alignment on commercial goals and activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teams when it comes to executing operational tasks and following up on account-related actions.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Manager, ensuring that key tasks, such as report preparation, tracking of promotional activities, and order management, are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date databases and files related to account management, inventory levels, and sales performance for future reference.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or account management coordination role, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
• Some experience with sales operations or supporting key account management teams is an advantage.
Competencies:
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Comfortable working with sales data, generating reports, and identifying trends to assist in decision-making.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Able to quickly identify issues and propose solutions that ensure smooth operations.
Languages:
• English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
