Image Producer

The Opportunity

Byredo is looking for a highly organized and proactive Image Producer to join our Image Production team within the Creative Studio located in Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity, production, and brand, supporting the delivery of high-quality visual content across channels.

In this role, you will manage small- to mid-scale image productions end-to-end, ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring Byredo’s visual world to life with consistency, precision, and care.

What you'll get to do

You will lead image productions from planning through final delivery, coordinating pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. A key part of the role is overseeing e-commerce asset production, working closely with Product and E-commerce teams to plan shoot timing, manage assets, and ensure timely delivery.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively identifying risks and finding solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and the Head of Creative Operations. Acting as a central point of contact, you will align creative ambition with feasibility across internal teams such as Creative Image, Graphic, Marketing, and external partners.

The role also includes managing contracts, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and invoicing in line with internal processes, as well as contributing to a collaborative and creative studio environment where teamwork and shared ownership are key.

We'd love to meet you if you have

You have at least 3 years of experience in image production, ideally within luxury, fashion, or beauty, and are comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing structure to creative processes without losing sight of the bigger picture.

You communicate clearly and confidently, build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt easily to shifting priorities, and have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand aesthetics within a premium context.
