The Opportunity
Byredo is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and expressing Byredo’s visual universe across digital and print platforms. This is a full-time, permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period, with an ideal start date as soon as possible.
You will translate ideas into refined, visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity, craftsmanship, and contemporary spirit.
With a curious and forward-thinking mindset, you balance strong design foundations with innovation—embracing new tools, including AI, as a natural part of the creative process to elevate storytelling, efficiency, and creative quality.
What you'll get to do
As Creative Graphic Designer, you contribute to the development and execution of visual concepts across campaigns and touchpoints, ensuring consistency, precision, and a strong alignment with Byredo’s creative vision.
Creative Development
- Execute visual concepts in alignment with brand objectives and creative direction.
- Execute design work across campaigns, digital, and print channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
- Support the full design process from research and concepting to final artwork delivery.
- Ensure all projects uphold quality, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s visual identity.
Design Execution & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Graphic Design Team Lead, Senior Graphic Designer and Art Directors to translate creative ideas into finished design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Retail and Social Media) to ensure cohesive visual expression across all touchpoints.
- Prepare mood boards, design iterations, and presentations under the guidance of Graphic Design Team Lead.
Innovation & Tools
- Confidently explore and apply AI-driven and digital design tools to enhance creative development, production efficiency, and visual storytelling.
- Use AI as a natural part of the design process - from ideation and moodboarding to image generation and layout refinement - while maintaining artistic intent and brand integrity.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, technologies, and creative tools to continuously strengthen the team’s workflow, quality, and innovation.
- Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team, sharing learnings from AI exploration and experimentation.
- Continuously develop both creative and technical skills, contributing to a culture of innovation and learning.
Quality & Delivery
- Execute projects with attention to detail, ensuring deadlines, briefs, and brand standards are consistently met.
- Uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and craftsmanship in all design deliverables.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic or visual design, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, visual storytelling, and creative experimentation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Proven experience in using AI tools in the creative process (for ideation, image creation, or workflow optimization).
- Experience balancing creativity with precision - from concept to production-ready files.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passion for culture, innovation, and technology as drivers of creativity.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning and experimenting with new tools.
