
Commercial Manager

The Opportunity
We are now looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Stockholm for a parental leave cover of approximately 8–10 months, with the possibility of extension. This is a temporary, full-time position based in our Stockholm office starting early May. In this role, you will play a key part in driving commercial growth across the Nordic markets, leading category development, managing key retail partnerships, and ensuring commercial excellence across channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, always keeping the consumer at the heart of what we do.
You will also have shared team responsibility, co-leading the commercial organization together with the General Manager, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
What you'll get to do
- Leading commercial planning and execution across key retail and e-commerce accounts
- Defining, negotiating, and managing trading terms to drive profitable and sustainable growth
- Translating global marketing and trade strategies into strong local action plans
- Driving joint business planning with key partners and ensuring best-in-class execution
- Monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and turning insights into concrete improvement actions
- Defining and executing growth strategies that increase market penetration, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock incremental revenue opportunities
- Spotting commercial opportunities, shaping them into actionable plans, and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver results
- Acting as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Co-leading and coaching the team together with the General Manager, fostering engagement, collaboration, and a positive team culture
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Strong background in commercial management, key account management, or sales within beauty, luxury, or FMCG
- Proven track record of driving business growth across retail and wholesale channels
- Solid experience in P&L management, negotiations, and building long-term partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a leadership style grounded in empathy, clarity, and accountability
- A strategic thinker who is also operationally hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Nordic languages are a plus)
