The Opportunity
Byredo is currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our flagship store in Stockholm (Mästersamuelsgatan 3).This is a part-time permanent position corresponding to 25% of a full-time employment, with a six-month probation period and an initial start date as soon as possible.

As a Client Advisor, you combine exceptional client experience with strong business understanding. You recognize that every interaction matters and that your daily actions directly influence both your own results and the overall success of the store.
You will:
- Drive sales and achieve personal and store KPIs through authentic and high quality client interactions
- Take clear ownership of your results and actively work to strengthen your performance over time
- Understand how client engagement, conversion and follow up contribute to shared business objectives
- Build long term relationships through thoughtful follow ups and active use of CRM tools
- Support team performance by collaborating closely and contributing to a focused and ambitious store environment
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and refine your approach through feedback, learning and experience
- Ensure that every detail, from presentation to after sales service, reflects our premium brand experience

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, self aware and motivated by growth. You take responsibility for your own development and see feedback as an opportunity to improve. You understand that strong performance is built through consistency, attention to detail and a willingness to learn from every client interaction.
You bring:
- 1-2 years of experience within luxury, beauty, fragrance or fashion retail
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business results
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to team success
- Curiosity, resilience and the ambition to continuously elevate your expertise
- Fluency in English. Swedish and additional languages are considered an advantage
