The Opportunity
Byredo is looking for a Client Advisor for our point of sale at NK, Stockholm, starting in September or October. This is a permanent position, beginning with a 6-month probation period, with a part-time work rhythm of 20 hours per week (50 %).
Due to the holiday period, the screening and recruitment process will begin at the end of August.
What you'll get to do
As Client Advisor at Byredo, you will be responsible for creating sales and business results along offer the best Luxury Customer experience. This role is a key brand ambassador towards the client, a sales professional and contributes actively to the store sales and to achieving the set quantitative and qualitative objectives. Your main tasks will be to welcome every client and advise them on Byredo and the full range of product offered.
Main missions include but are not limited to:
- Develop long-term relationships to improve their loyalty by leveraging sales tools.
- Get a deep knowledge on every product and on the Brand itself.
- Consistently seek new trend and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer.
- Perform daily sales and goals set by the manager.

You are passionate about fragrance, beauty and luxury. You have previous experience in retail (preferably within fragrance, beauty and/or luxury) and always have the client in mind. You are not only an enthusiast and able to adapt easily to any situation, but also self-motivated, focused and able to take initiatives. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment and adapt to different clients and situations.
Other desired qualifications and soft skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, yet punctual and reliable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish & Excellent English skills. Other languages are appreciated.
- Experience within the makeup scope is considered meritorious.
In the retail business you need to be flexible with your working schedule. Work will be required during weekdays (daytime and evenings) as well as weekends.
