The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join the Puig Nordics team in Stockholm on a temporary, full-time basis (for just under a year), with the possibility of extension. The preferred start date is as soon as possible.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the establishment and growth of our Nordic organization, where you’ll have the chance to shape how our brands come to life in the region. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working in close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive, the Brand Manager is responsible for translating global brand direction into local marketing plans, managing product launches, and tracking brand performance to accomplish objectives in terms of market share, net revenues, profitability, and brand image. The Brand Manager ensures that the brand’s positioning, messaging, and visibility are aligned across all touchpoints – from planning to post-launch evaluation.

What you'll get to do


Building effective internal and external relationships
•    Build strong working relationships with Global Brand Teams to effectively translate and implement global strategies in the Nordic market.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive productivity and strengthen brand awareness locally.
•    Act as brand ambassador by clearly conveying the brand vision and working cross-functionally with Nordic teams to deliver the local marketing plan

Deliver the local market plan
•    Maintain and update the brand’s Nordic marketing plan on an ongoing basis, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local opportunities.
•    Support product launches and ongoing support, in line with strategic direction.
•    Communicate brand plans clearly across teams and support the Commercial team with relevant brand input for retailer presentations.
•    Bring a deep understanding of brand dynamics, objectives, KPIs, and marketing actions such as in-store events and sampling - working in close coordination with the Trade Marketing Manager for retail execution.
•    For its brands scope of responsibility define objectives in terms of sales, ranking and market share and brand visibility and image. 

Launch performance and budget tracking
•    Monitor marketing spend related to the brand, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets.
•    Lead and own forecasting / CPS process and coordinate with cross-function team
•    Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasts and stock availability for promotional items.
•    Evaluate launch performance at both sell-in and sell-out level, and contribute with actionable insights for future planning.


Cross-functional collaboration
•    Partner with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure that in-store and retail-related executions follow brand guidelines, while clearly respecting execution ownership.
•    Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best practices within the marketing team.
•    Regular field visits to monitor activity out in store with a pro-active reporting: competition, launches, respect of merchandising guidelines, etc.

 

Be the primarily point of contact for Rabanne, Carolina Herrera and Jean Paul Gaultier. This role might as well support other Puig B&F brands (Byredo, Penhaligon’s, l’Artisan Parfumeur and Dr. Barbara Sturm).

As it’s a newly created role, some flexibility is required, and scope might, and responsibilities might evolve to align on team, brands and business needs.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:
•    3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing or category coordination, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, luxury or FMCG
•    Experience working with international brands and adapting global strategies to local 
•    Solid understanding of both retail and digital marketing environments
•    Experience collaborating cross-functionally with PR, Trade Marketing, Sales, and DP
•    Experience presenting to or supporting key account discussions is a plus
•    Ability to work independently and drive projects is essential

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
•    Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting figures and drawing insights
•    Creative eye and sensitivity to premium/luxury branding and visual storytelling
•    Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•    High level of independence and ownership in daily work

Languages:
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken
•    Nordic language skills are an advantage
