The Opportunity
As the APAC Revenue Growth Manager, you will support the BD Director by driving the Revenue Growth Management analytics. This role is pivotal in optimizing pricing, promotion, distribution, assortment, and trade terms, as well as supporting commercial planning and efficiency improvements across markets and channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support business growth.
What you'll get to do
Support the Business Development Director with Revenue Growth Management analytics in all APAC:
- Leverage data to identify opportunities in pricing, promotion, distribution & assortment, trade spend and shopper spend in wholesale (on and offline)
- Drive the retail selling price execution and price / promo monitoring for entire APAC
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of revenue growth initiatives to maximize profitability and market share in close collaboration with business units and market intelligence teams
- Adapt global guidelines and frameworks to local market realities
- Collaborate with BI to create relevant dashboards and tools adapted to the local markets
- Support specific negotiations led by APAC BD with data driven insights
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience:
- 4-6 years in revenue growth management, commercial analytics, or related fields with consulting or FMCG sectors.
- Experience working in project based environments under tight timelines
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or Engineering. Master’s preferred.
Languages:
- Fluency in English; additional APAC languages is a plus
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and scenario analysis (Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools). Additional technical skills in Python, SQL are optional but highly valued
- Ability to build and interpret complex models to support decision-making
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good inter-personal, communication skills and resilience to mobilize stakeholders to convert insights into action
