The Opportunity

As part of the Digital Hub APAC, this role supports the acceleration of Puig’s digital business growth across the region by leading key initiatives in platform development, optimization, and regional rollouts. The Digital Business Manager acts as a connector between global strategies and local market execution—ensuring operational excellence, digital innovation, and consumer-centric experiences across marketplaces, brand sites, eTailers, and social commerce.

The role reports to the Digital Business Director, APAC and requires strong project leadership, knowledge of APAC’s digital landscape, and hands-on experience managing cross-market digital commerce operations in complex, matrixed organizations.

What you'll get to do

Strategic Digital Business Development

  • Support and execute APAC regional digital roadmaps aligned with global digital strategies, adapting initiatives to regional market dynamics and opportunities.
  • Ensure agile project management for digital initiatives across markets, from concept through successful deployment, achieving strategic and operational objectives.

Brand Digital Experience & Project Rollouts

  • Lead the rollout of brand digital experiences (marketplaces, brand official sites, microsites), ensuring smooth execution, consistent brand representation, and enhanced consumer journey across APAC markets.
  • Collaborate with brand, function, and market teams to customize digital frameworks, ensuring flexibility and scalability for future expansions.

Platform Partnerships & Digital Commerce Acceleration

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key APAC digital platforms and eTailers (marketplaces, virtual pure players, social commerce partners), driving co-marketing initiatives and leveraging group partnership strengths to maximize brand visibility and growth.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale innovative commerce opportunities in emerging digital ecosystems, including messaging apps and new digital channels.
  • Embed digital business excellence framework, digital best practices, sustainability principles (ESG), and data-driven insights across digital operations.

Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track, analyze, and communicate digital business performance KPIs across APAC, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations for strategic growth and competitive advantage.
  • Monitor digital business trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness in the category.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of digital business or e-commerce experience, ideally within premium beauty sectors.
  • Proven track record managing regional digital business initiatives, DTC rollouts, and digital transformation projects in complex organizational environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field.

Languages

  • Fluent English required; proficiency in additional Asian languages preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of APAC digital and ecommerce landscape including major platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Line, Kakao, Naver, etc.).
  • Demonstrated capability in regional digital and ecommerce project management.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital analytics.

Competencies

  • Data-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills across diverse markets, functions, and external partners.
