The Opportunity

As the APAC Business Planning Manager, your responsibility will be two-fold: 1. Support the BD Director to run the program office that consolidates and monitor the execution of the strategic plans of across the region and 2. Close monitoring of our Own Retail network to provide actionable insights to regional Marketing and Retail team

What you'll get to do

Lead consolidation and monitoring of strategic plans:

  • Support documenting and monitoring performance vs. 26-28 YP and 2032 vision with clear KPIs (Value market share, Financial KPIs, Door expansion, Productivities, Brand Equity and Awareness).
  • Consolidate competitive data, consumer trends, and macro context information to detect long-term risks/opportunities.
  • Support in the creation of presentations to top management
  • Support in the preparation of meetings with HQ, Brands

Monitor Own Retail network performance

  • Liaison with markets and HQ to maintain a unified door database (including current status of existing doors + planned openings, closings, renovations)
  • Interpret and extract insights from retail KPI metrics (traffic, conversion, basket analysis) and liaison with regional Marketing and Retail team to drive recommendations to local markets
  • Define local / regional dashboards to improve actionability of existing data and liaison with BI teams to execute

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of strategy/management consulting, or strategic planning in retail sectors
  • Experience in strategy monitoring, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering. Master’s preferred.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English; additional APAC languages is a plus

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong strategic analysis skills, experience with performance monitoring, and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools usage.
  • Very strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills

Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with expertise in long-term planning, governance, and synthesizing complex information for senior leadership
