Buscamos um estagiário para a área Financeira (Contas a Pagar), com interesse em rotinas contábeis, organização e atenção aos detalhes. Você irá apoiar conciliações, conferência de documentos, preparação de pagamentos, controles internos e interação com outras áreas.✨

Uma ótima oportunidade para desenvolver habilidades financeiras em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.

Suas Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar nas conciliações contábeis e nos processos de fechamento mensal.
Organizar, conferir e classificar documentos fiscais.
Preparar pagamentos para envio à Tesouraria
Apoiar o atendimento aos auditores externos.
Colaborar na manutenção e melhoria de controles internos.
Acompanhar a aplicação das políticas internas, incluindo compras e reembolso de despesas de viagem.
Apoio nos treinamentos de pedidos de compras
Interagir com outras áreas da empresa para esclarecer dúvidas e coletar informações.
Atualizar planilhas, controles e relatórios operacionais.

Vamos adorar se você tiver:

Cursando Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
Interesse em atividades contábeis e financeiras.
Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.
Conhecimento básico de Pacote Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Inglês e Espanhol desejável, mas não obrigatório.
