Opportunity/Global mission:
You will be the Financial Business Partner of the Paco Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier Brands Management team, helping them to successfully manage the brands in a profitable way and providing a financial perspective to support a strategic decision making on investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Analysis and P&L per Brand. Close monitoring on Gross Margin levers and Promotional investments. ROI
• Prepare the KPIs and financial information for Business Reviews.
• Provide support to new brands/new business models. Construction of business plan and scenarios for decision making. What if scenarios.
• Assess and follow up the profitability per business channel. Provide insights for invest/disinvest decisions
• Alert on deviation of profitability per reference. Contribution to action plans.
• Prepare the Annual Budget expenses and forecasting of each department.
• Prepare the Long-Term Strategic Plan of the different brands.
• Verify and Follow up of the monthly closing, focus on judgmental provisions
• Foster the finance perspective on projects within the internal customer (Marketing, Retail, PR, Digital…)
• Train the newcomers on financial procedures
• Licenses: control of royalties and minimum investments and contractual reporting
• Guarantee the compliance of the group financial policies
• Support internal audit initiatives and proactively identify weaknesses and propose corrective actions
• Ad-hoc participation in specific transversal projects
Your profile:
• Experience: 3-5 years in controlling mid-big company in multinational environment
• Education: University Degree (Economics, Business Administration)
• Languages: French-English is mandatory. Spanish very appreciated.
