We are seeking a Corporate Communications Intern based in Paris for a six-month internship to support our International External Corporate Communications department. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to positioning our company as a leader in the sector, while safeguarding its reputation through strategic external communications initiatives.
Your responsibilities
In collaboration with the Corporate Communications Manager, you will support the development and execution of international corporate communication strategies. You will play an active role in across multiple channels, with your main responsibilities including:
External Communication
- Assist in updating, drafting, and proofreading corporate communication materials (presentations, press kits, reports, articles, etc.) in collaboration with brands and suppliers.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and brand teams for content production and distribution.
- Oversee the management and updates of external assets, including translations, website articles, and social media adaptations.
- Maintain and update the corporate image bank, video library, and press coverage archives to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Social Media & Editorial Content
- Contribute to the editorial calendar by proposing creative content ideas and ensuring timely updates.
- Assist in the creation of compelling social media content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Research and suggest innovative digital formats to elevate corporate storytelling and enhance brand visibility.

- Currently studying or recently graduated from Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or Business Schools with a communication major.
- You have a first, significant internship experience in the business world, ideally in corporate communications or a related field.
Competencies
- Organizational skills and familiarity with project management principles, with the ability to organize work, track the status of various projects, and maintain a strong attention to detail to meet deadlines.
- Proven confidentiality and diplomacy, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Creative and curious, with a passion for writing and a keen interest in bringing fresh ideas to communications. Able to create clear, concise, and engaging content across various media.
- Sensitivity to the beauty, fragrance, and fashion industries, with an understanding of the unique communication needs in these sectors.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively across international teams. Spanish is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital content management for websites and social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate in transversal management, working across various departments and with external partners to achieve common goals.
