What you'll get to do
Join Byredo’s Business Development team as an E-Tail Assistant and help elevate the brand’s digital presence across global e-retail partners.
You’ll work closely with the Head of E-Tail to support local markets in boosting online visibility, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing the digital shopping experience in line with Byredo’s standards of excellence.
By the end of your internship, you’ll have gained hands-on experience at the heart of a fast-growing brand’s e-commerce strategy, developing strong skills in e-business, project coordination, and digital execution.
Price & Stock Monitoring
- Monitor e-tailer pricing and support markets in taking corrective actions.
- Help track stock levels to ensure best-sellers are always available on key e-retailers.
- Support assortment optimization (launches, discontinuations, updates).
- For selected partners, manage replenishment and follow up on stock levels.
New Product Launch Support
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets (packshots, descriptions, etc.) for product listings.
- Ensure campaign materials are shared on time through internal platforms.
- Build launch toolkits for markets (visual priorities, product page guidelines, newsletter templates).
- Follow market activation plans and gather insights post-launch to measure success.
Strategic Projects
- Support top markets in identifying and activating growth opportunities.
- Help update and harmonize brand pages across e-tail websites.
- Guide markets in enriching product pages to improve conversion.
- Assist in distribution audits to ensure alignment with brand policies.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A previous internship in digital, e-commerce, or the luxury/beauty industry is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English
- Skills & Interests:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Curious, proactive, and adaptable.
Passionate about digital, e-commerce, and the world of luxury beauty.
