What you'll get to do
Join Byredo’s Client Activation team as an International CRM Assistant and take part in building personalized, high-impact CRM campaigns across key global markets.
Working closely with the CRM Campaign Manager, you’ll support campaign execution, data analysis, and marketing automation—helping shape meaningful customer experiences in the world of luxury beauty.
By the end of this internship, you’ll have developed a strong understanding of CRM strategy, marketing tools, campaign coordination, and the standards of excellence within a fast-paced, global luxury environment.
General Tasks
- Work with local and central teams to define and implement relevant CRM activations by market.
- Personalize content and targeting in line with each campaign’s objectives.
- Learn how to use marketing automation tools and contribute to the CRM strategy.
- Support ongoing projects related to loyalty and client experience.
CRM Activation Calendar
- Coordinate the roll-out of the global contact plan across regions.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and follow up with internal teams (Creative Studio, Marketing, etc.).
- Support local markets (US, Europe, Japan, China) in developing and launching tailored activations.
Marketing Automation
- Build and adapt automated campaigns across different markets.
- Create and manage client segments based on campaign goals.
- Learn marketing automation logic and best practices.
- Contribute to weekly reporting and provide performance insights.
Transversal
- Take part in designing and enhancing lifecycle and client activation programs.
- Support the preparation of strategic presentations.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to inspire CRM initiatives.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Internship agreement required
- Languages: Fluent in French and English.
- Experience: Previous internship in digital marketing, CRM, or luxury/beauty is a plus.
- Skills & Interests:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with data and client segmentation.
- Curious, proactive, and collaborative.
- Interest in marketing automation and the luxury beauty industry.
