What you'll get to do
Join our International Digital team and support the development and execution of CRM and traffic-driving strategies. Working closely with the Digital Project Manager, you will contribute to campaign planning, performance analysis, creative development, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
We are looking for two interns for the following brands: Jean Paul Gaultier and Rabanne.
For Jean-Paul Gaultier
E-CRM & Customer Activation
- Support the rollout of the brand’s E-CRM strategy and ensure smooth day-to-day campaign operations
- Manage newsletters end-to-end: scheduling, briefings, asset coordination, QA, and deployment
- Propose and create engaging content (copy, visual assets, GIFs, video variations) in line with brand DNA
- Prepare campaign guidelines and toolkits for local market teams
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and contribute ideas to the CRM content calendar
- Analyze campaign performance and update reporting dashboards for internal teams and markets
Traffic & Media Activation
- Assist in the planning and implementation of digital media campaigns to boost e-commerce performance
- Coordinate deliverables and documentation for campaign launches with agencies and cross-functional teams
- Support the creation of media toolkits (e.g., playbooks, campaign briefs)
- Write copy tailored to paid channels (social, search)
- Help produce media-specific assets (stories, GIFs, videos) in collaboration with creative teams
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance media performance
For Rabanne
CRM
- Implement and coordinate CRM strategies worldwide.
- Manage end-to-end newsletter campaigns for key markets (FR, US, UK, ES, DE, BR) and Hub Europe.
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights with internal teams and markets.
- Participate in weekly Digital team meetings to monitor activities and progress.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking to enhance CRM initiatives.
Digital Media
- Support the development of Paid Media strategies (Search & Social).
- Prepare agency briefs aligned with the media plan for Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize sponsored content in collaboration with partner agencies.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to refine media plans.
Data
- Provide occasional support on data-related projects.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or final year of business/digital marketing studies
- First internship in digital, e-commerce, or CRM is a plus
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
- Curious, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong analytical and project coordination skills
- Passionate about luxury and fragrance; digitally savvy and creatively driven
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Figma, etc.) appreciated
