What you'll get to do
E-BUSINESS
- Assist with online product launches
- Help manage global brand visibility across digital platforms, ensuring consistency with guidelines and brand identity
- Monitor e-stores and support global e-merchandising efforts
- Contribute to e-retail and e-commerce strategy execution with the E-business team
- Support CRM initiatives, from strategy to implementation
- Help create and manage digital assets
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify best practices
- Share ideas to enhance the digital customer experience
- Track and manage visual usage rights across markets
PAID DIGITAL MEDIA
- Pre-campaign: Monitoring of the marketing calendar, coordination of assets and briefs for Paid Media campaigns
- Post-campaign: Analysis of performance, collection of KPIs, weekly reporting, and preparation of recommendations
- Benchmarks & Insights: Monitoring of trends and competitive analysis in luxury, beauty, and fashion
E-Retail
Price and stock monitoring: Tracking prices with e-tailers, managing stock for best-sellers, optimizing e-tail assortments, and managing replenishments for certain partners.
Product launches: Coordination of content for the registration of new products on e-tail sites, creation of guidelines to maximize launches, monitoring of market activation plans, and collecting feedback for post-launch reports.
Strategic projects: Support to the top 5 markets to seize business opportunities, updating brand pages on e-tail sites, enriching product pages to increase conversion, auditing online distribution to verify compliance with distribution agreements.
Clienteling
Application Management:
- Data updates

- Collaboration with IT and Retail teams

Strategy and Coordination:
- Client activation calendar
- Recommendations to improve the client experience
- Coordination of one-to-one campaigns
Analysis and Monitoring:
- Performance tracking
- Analytical reports and recommendations
- Strategic presentations
CRM
General Tasks: Build activation calendar, adapt content and targeting, learn automation tools, support CRM projects
Activation Calendar: Deploy global plan, follow briefs, support key markets
Marketing Automation: Create automated campaigns, segment clients, analyze and recommend
Cross-functional: Improve CRM programs, support strategic presentations, conduct benchmarks
We'd love to meet you if you have
Experience: a first experience in Digital would be appreciated
Education: Higher education Bac+4 to 5, Business School or Master's in Digital Specialization, Digital Marketing
Languages: French & English required - Spanish would be a plus
Skills:
- You are sensitive to the luxury universe, particularly in fragrances.
- You have a good sense of analysis and demonstrate genuine curiosity for digital topics.
- You can work on multiple projects, are attentive, and can be flexible.
- You also possess excellent organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and initiative.
- You are creative, proactive, and curious.
- A first experience with a CMS tool would be a plus.
- A good command of Photoshop, Figma, or other design tools would be appreciated.
