What you'll get to do

Join the Business Development team of Byredo and contribute to maximizing brand performance across EMEA and the US. Working closely with regional teams and internal departments, you’ll support sales analysis, strategic planning, and retail development across multiple channels—from wholesale and retail to e-retail and distributors. 

Business Analysis 

  • Consolidate monthly sell-out data and performance reports 
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key business KPIs 
  • Update regional distribution tracking (openings, closures, evolutions) 
  • Prepare ad-hoc sales analysis and reports for senior management 

Regional Support 

  • Assist in compiling and monitoring 360° plans per region 
  • Collect and share best practices across markets 
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to support local activation strategies 
  • Help prepare retailer meetings and market visits 
  • Track execution of retail initiatives across key doors 

Project Coordination & Admin 

  • Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, reviews, and seminars 
  • Support logistics and preparation for brand reviews and quarterly updates  

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business or a related field 
  • Experience: First internship in luxury, beauty, or consumer goods in sales or marketing is a plus 
  • Languages: Fluent in English 
  • Skills: 

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and Excel dashboards 

Interest in both sales strategy and operational marketing 

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) 

Organized, proactive, curious, and agile in a fast-paced environment 

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
