Join the International Marketing teams of Puig’s fragrance and beauty portfolio—including Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, Kama Ayurveda, Christian Louboutin, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Dries Van Noten, and Byredo. As a Product Manager Assistant, you'll help shape product development and support the life cycle of iconic and emerging ranges, working at the heart of innovation and brand storytelling.
What you'll get to do
We are looking for several candidates for the different brands.
Product Development & Strategy
- Conduct creative and strategic research (mood boards, concepts, naming, packaging ideas)
- Participate in 360° launch planning, from creative concept to retail and digital activation
- Support the development of the 3-year marketing roadmap, aligned with brand positioning
- Prepare briefs for packaging and design agencies
- Analyze product performance and market trends
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and ad hoc market research
Contacts
- Coordinate with internal teams: Communication, Digital, Studio, Retail Design, Packaging, and more
- Work closely with local markets to support launches and product rollouts
- Liaise with industrial teams to explore product feasibility and innovation potential
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Education: Enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience: Previous internship in luxury, beauty, or FMCG marketing is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus
- Skills:
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative
- Comfortable with data analysis and trend research
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Passionate about beauty, luxury, and innovation
