The opportunity / Overview
We are looking for Global Influence & Advocacy Project Manager on fixed-term contract (starting ASAP until December 31, 2025).
Reporting to the Global Director of Influence, Owned & Earned Media, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management and delivery of strategic projects across influence & advocacy within the Global Consumer Engagement team.
Working across Puig’s portfolio of prestige and luxury brands, you will drive complex project execution - managing timelines, developing and coordinating global guidelines, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-impact rollouts. You’ll collaborate closely with brand teams, regions & markets, external agencies, and platform partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 3 - 5 years of experience in PR, Influence&Advocacy, or social media and community management who thrives in fast-paced environments, combines operational rigor with creative insights, and is passionate about shaping the future of consumer engagement in luxury beauty and fashion.
Key responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution: Own and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for global influence and advocacy initiatives. Ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and to expected standards, proactively addressing challenges to keep deliverables on track.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the liaison between internal global teams, regional market teams, external agencies, and platform partners. Align cross-functional stakeholders by maintaining clear communication and collaboration, ensuring everyone works toward shared campaign goals.
- Activation & Toolkit Deployment: Coordinate the global rollout of influence & advocacy activation plans across brands and regions. Provide local markets with the necessary guidelines to effectively implement activations in line with the global strategy.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics for Influence & Advocacy activations; analyze results and share insights to inform ongoing strategy and demonstrate program impact.
- Social Media & Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok, Instagram, and other social platform trends and algorithm updates. Leverage knowledge of evolving content ecosystems to optimize activation tactics and identify new opportunities for influencer engagement and brand advocacy.
Profile
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in PR, Influence&Advocacy, or social media and community management, ideally within the luxury beauty & fashion sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously – from internal teams and regional market contacts to agencies and social media platform partners – while fostering strong collaboration and alignment.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated project leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of juggling complex timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and driving projects to completion under strategic guidance.
- Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in providing clear updates, preparing reports, and presenting results to diverse stakeholders (including senior leadership). A keen eye for detail in tracking and reporting metrics is also essential.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with social media KPIs and analytics, with experience tracking campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights or recommendations.
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platform dynamics and content trends (experience with other emerging platforms is a plus). Able to monitor and interpret social media trends to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in French and additional languages are a strong plus.
