ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Senior International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering go-to market strategies to support local marketing initiatives in line with the global strategic approach. Also responsible for regional specific needs, by leading planning, kickoff and execution of regional specific dedicated moments / content needs. Full engagement and efficient communication across functions (Marketing Development, Communications, Studio, Education, Ecommerce, Demand Planning…) and all the relevant markets. 

Ce que vous aurez à faire

GO-TO-MARKET

  • Support Senior International Marketing Manager on go-to-market strategies: idealise regional marketing plans and priorities in line with global strategic initiatives to support commercial objectives and generate growth for APAC region and Travel Retail
  • Support the markets in their construction of local marketing plan and initiatives; operational monitoring of market requests (support in their daily requests such as samples, communication tools, visuals, product requests ...), and contribute to the management of needs (presentations, tools, catalogs, information ...)
  • Contribute to the development of global 360 toolkits with animation specifics, and guide cross functional teams to ensure what is being produced is relevant and realistic for markets.
  • Support the development of go-to-market animation kits, tools and guidelines
  • Support the process on CPS sessions – key liaison between Dev, CPS, CNP, DP teams on assignment and ensuring all launch books and relevant information are available for each CPS / EM sessions. Support launch forecasts and allocations reco & alignment with BD / CPS / Demand Planning teams.
  • Support the definition of global media strategies and guidelines, to ensure local media plans are adapted in the right way, in the right places to gain maximum exposure and awareness.
  • Oversee local events, KOL/influence/VIC initiatives, store opening activations with comms / CEX / CRM / VM teams
  • Analyse post launch / campaign performances (quantitative & qualitative)
  • Market analysis to deepen understanding of local market trends and local consumer purchase behaviours, identify gaps and explore new opportunities.

REGIONAL SPECIFIC NEEDS

  • Define and idealise Regional specific marketing plans and priorities in line with global strategic initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Project lead, management and planning on Regional dedicated moments and launches: including but not limited to:
  • Preparation of kick off meetings / documents – including market benchmarking/results analysis
  • Campaign / content (brief / allocation): liaise with Studio, Content team and Art Directors on deliverable & shoot list planning - campaign, supporting, transactional. Assets allocation / cropping request / delivery
  • Product development – Special products/POSM/TOA/gifting elements: Liaise with supplier, studio and local team
  • VM brief: on popup / window / instore / special animation needs
  • Event / animation brief: tool development
  • Construction and delivery of 360 deck / guidelines / toolkit.
  • Content strategy definition and planning for all Regional specific channel content needs, such as: Social: Wechat, Weibo, Red; EC: Tmall, JD, Wechat MNP, Kakao, Naver
  • Analyse Regional specific moment post launch / campaign performances (quantitative & qualitative)
  • Oversee one International Marketing Assistant (Internship)

Nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer si vous avez

  • Coming from a Bac + 4/5 type business school or equivalent university training, you have 3 years of experience in an Operational Marketing or Trade Marketing function in the luxury sector (Fashion and / or Perfumery)
  • Fluent in English (French optional)
  • With previous exposure to APAC markets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency
  • Analytical acumen and attention to detail
  • You are dynamic, curious, adaptable and enthusiastic. You are recognized for your ability to work independently
