MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play a pivotal role supporting the acquisition team in development the revenue and visibility of Byredo.com through all online acquisition channels worldwide (SEA, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliation, Retargeting, etc.). You ensure the perfect coordination and execution of all campaigns launch, from media agency brief to end-of-campaign reportings. You are the main point of coordination for HQ, local teams and media agencies on all topics relating to online acquisition campaign and media activations.

Ce que vous aurez à faire

Before campaign

  • Manage campaigns briefs, including copy and assets, and follow up the delivery between internal teams, media agencies and local team. Ensure the perfect execution of the campaigns launch.
  • Responsible for all online campaigns’ tracking settings, working closely with all related teams: e-commerce, social media, CRM, image, media agencies, and local teams.
  • Responsible for following and updating digital marketing calendar aligning with digital campaigns planning.
  • Responsible for reliability and optimization of paid channels’ feeds (stock, availability, categorization, etc.).
  • Responsible for collecting and sharing elements between HQ and local teams on all topics relating to online acquisition campaign (guidelines, assets, copy, URLs, naming convention, etc.).
  • Participate in building media plan strategy, and monitor its implementation.
  • Coordinate and implement campaigns for new markets.

Post campaign  

  • Collect and consolidate KPI performance and key learnings per campaigns, formalize recommendations for next actions.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly acquisition dashboard using data from media platforms, agencies’ reportings and internal dashboards.
  • Follow the media spending and monitor the budget readjustments.
  • Share learning and potential optimizations to all related teams (e-commerce, marketing, local teams, image).
  • Conduct benchmark analysis: best practices, digital marketing campaigns benchmark & monitoring of new acquisition/traffic levers...

Hard skills:

  • Strong knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, social media, display and retargeting.
  • Hands-on experiences on interpreting data and creating data decision dashboard.  At ease in using Google Ads or Google Analytics, as well as Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skill. A motivated team player who is able to work with different internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management. Result oriented and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable to communicate in complex and technical concepts and ensure the accuracy and understanding of the situation.
  • Both analytical and creative mindset.

Experience:

  • First experience in managing digital or media campaigns.
  • Previous experience in luxury brands handling the diverse markets would be a plus.
