
Accessories & Art of Gifting Purchasing Manager - M/W

Opportunity/Global mission:
You will be responsible for purchasing Accessories and Art of Gifting items across all Puig brands (Premium, Prestige, Beauty), covering a diverse portfolio including GWPs, Retail Accessories, PR materials, Empty Boxes, Shopping Bags, Blotters, Stationery, and DTC items.
You’ll work closely with internal teams (Marketing, CNP, Supply Planning) and suppliers, driving innovation, agility, and cost competitiveness. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on optimization, sustainability and brand image.
Key responsibilities :
Collaboration with Category Management
- Define and implement the Category Strategy Review, aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Supplier relationship management (contracts, performance reviews, vendor panel harmonization, etc).
- Monitor market trends and drive innovation, especially in sustainable and premium gifting solutions.
- Oversee global sourcing activities, with a focus on Asia and strategic supplier development, while analyzing the global sourcing strategy and identifying relevant local opportunities.
- Collaborate with the ESG Operations team to integrate sustainability into sourcing practices.
Project & Process Management
- Ensure alignment with the team, internal stakeholders and suppliers on planning, cost, quality, and availability.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving timelines, budgets, and product development.
- Help to optimize purchasing processes and tools (SAP, IRIS, Celonis, etc), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Team Management
- Lead a team located in Paris and Barcelona.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance, fostering creativity and agility.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Profile :
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Purchasing, with strong exposure to Accessories, Art of Gifting, and Retail Accessories categories.
Education: Master’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
Languages: Fluent in English and French. Spanish is a plus.
Tools: Proficient in SAP, Excel, and data analysis tools.
