Your missions
Social Media Strategy
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the House's 360° social media strategy in collaboration with the Social Media Director and the Image team.
- Ensure consistency of the House's tone of voice, visual identity and editorial standards across all social channels.
- Support the evolution of the social media roadmap by identifying strategic opportunities and emerging platform features.
Social Media Channel Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all owned social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms).
- Own the publishing calendar, scheduling and content deployment including copy, tagging, formatting, subtitles and metadata.
Content Creation & Editing
- Produce agile, platform-native content that complements campaign assets while respecting the House's creative standards.
- Support real-time content production during fashion shows, events and key brand moments.
Community Management & Engagement
- Manage community interactions across all social platforms.
- Monitor conversations and escalate sensitive topics or reputational issues when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with the House's communities.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance through weekly, monthly and campaign reports.
- Track key performance indicators and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize content and inform strategic decisions.
Trend & Cultural Intelligence
- Track emerging social media trends, platform updates and cultural conversations relevant to the Fashion industry.
- Conduct regular competitive benchmarking and identify best practices to inspire future content and activations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with the Image, Communications, PR, Marketing, CRM and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
