
Travel Retail Europe HR Graduate

The Opportunity
Puig Travel Retail Europe (TRE), is looking for a HR Graduate to support the growth of our business in a healthy, disruptive, avant gardiste and inspiring way. The TRE HR Graduate will report to the TRE HR Director and will participate in all HR related activities for Travel Retail Europe business unit.
What you'll get to do
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Assist with preparing job descriptions
- Screen applications and conduct 1st interviews
- Organize interviews and ensure follow up
- Take references and prepare business cases
- Follow up with all candidates in the process
- Support the on/off boarding process (preparing welcome kits, documentation, first-day, last day).
HR Administration :
- Maintain and update HR databases
- Support in drafting HR letters, documentation, and work certificates
- Update and prepare reports on time management system
- Assist with reporting and data analysis (headcount, turnover, time to fill open positions, mobility rate, etc.)
- Support Beauty Advisors on admin needs (IT, platform access etc)
Employee Engagement & Development :
- Contribute to the organization of HR events and initiatives (trainings, team activities, Diversity Week, wellness initiatives)
- Support learning & development initiatives (training logistics, feedback collection).
- Support and follow up on Performance, TRM, ORM processes
Projects & HR Initiatives :
- Participate in ongoing HR projects
- Research best practices and provide inputs on process improvements
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Experience : first successful experience/internship in HR related functions. Experience in a luxury/international environment is a plus.
- Education : Bachelor/Masters’ degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology or Business Administration.
- Languages : Fluent in English and French, other European languages an asset.
- Competencies :
- Strong analytical and structured mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills, able to navigate in a matrix organization
- Creative and detail-oriented while always carrying a strong sense of ethics
- Ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and proactive mindset
- Specific Knowledge required : Proficient in MS Office. First experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors a plus
