The Opportunity
Reporting to the Key Account Director, the Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial relationship with strategic accounts. Positioned at the forefront of client engagement, they are responsible for developing and implementing a tailored commercial strategy that drives growth, strengthens partnerships, and ensures long-term value creation for both the company and its clients.
What you'll get to do
Strategic Account Management:
- Develop and execute customized account strategies aligned with client goals and company objectives
- Monitor industry trends and account performance to anticipate needs and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and tailored offerings
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience
- Facilitate regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to secure alignment and support across functions
Commercial Performance & Growth:
- Negotiate contracts, terms & conditions, and service levels to maximize account value
- Drive full sell-in and contribute to P&L management for assigned regions
- Oversee budgeting and reporting of sales data and key performance indicators
- Own the budget and forecasting process at sub-regional and account level, ensuring alignment with company targets.

Experience:
- Perfume and Cosmetics Industry and/or Travel Retail experience
- Previous experience in Cosmetics or Luxury is an asset
- 5-7 years Sales experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (economics or business related)
Languages:
- Excellent command of English, other European languages an asset
Competencies:
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Business Acumen
- Strong IT knowledge
- Able to work independently but in a collaborative way.
- Solution oriented approach – Flexibility and ability to work on various assignments.
