The Opportunity

Act as the ambassador for Prestige brands within Global Travel Retail, driving long-term vision and strategy.  Adapt global brand guidelines to the unique dynamics of Travel Retail and deliver exceptional brand experiences to strengthen brand desirability, drive growth, and profitability.

What you'll get to do

  • Define and implement the Global Travel Retail marketing strategy for Prestige brands, ensuring alignment with global objectives and brand positioning.
  • Translate global brand strategies into tailored plans for Travel Retail, considering latest consumer insights and market trends to ensure global marketing initiatives are fully adapted to the different regional needs and consumer profiles.
  • Collaborate with global brand teams, regional marketing teams and commercial teams to guarantee seamless omnichannel execution.
  • Develop and oversee global marketing campaigns, retail activations, and merchandising guidelines to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive consumer engagement through innovative retail and digital experiences to increase penetration, consideration and conversion.
  • Lead new retail initiatives to enhance Travel Retail customer journey and on-counter experience (fragrance discovery, navigation, product information…).
  • Manage forecasting processes, budgets, and performance tracking for assigned brands.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs including sell-out data, ROI and customer engagement to optimize marketing investments and ensure profitability.
  • Conduct launch feedback analysis and follow-up on rankings, sell-out, and VMS per brand.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to accelerate growth and strengthen brand equity in Travel Retail.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in marketing roles within beauty or luxury industry, ideally with Travel Retail exposure.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, analytical ability, creativity, capacity to manage complex projects and strong influencing skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
