The Opportunity

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our EMAD Commercial Team (European, Mediterranean, and African Distributors). In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing operational support to the Business Intelligence Manager for Data Management, analysis and reporting.

What you'll get to do

  • Support in the consolidation of sales data, reports preparation (transform raw data into comprehensive reports), business data analysis and trends identification:
      • Assist the Niche Sales data optimization and management, reporting and analysis (external and internal stakeholders).
      • Support analysis of Data deviation of brands/countries/retailers.
      • Check the consistency of the sales report received from retailers/ distributors.
  • Assist on Power BI project aimed at automating data visualization.

Experience: Experience/Interest in luxury and/or fragrances industry will be highly valued.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or equivalent.

Competencies:

    • Proactive, autonomous, and enthusiastic learner with strong communication skills.
    • Highly organized.
    • Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments.
    • Analytical mindset with focus on attention to details.
    • Digital Savvy.

Specific Knowledge Required: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally Power BI knowledge is a must.

The internship is proposed for a minimum of 6 up to 9/12 months, based in Eysins (Vaud, Switzerland), start date: ASAP. Internship Agreement mandatory.
