The Opportunity

Support the execution of the supply planning process across the U.S. and Canada, enabling strong service levels, healthy inventory, and operational excellence across a dynamic portfolio of prestige and niche brands. The Supply Planning Coordinator partners closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and Global Operations teams to monitor inventory performance, mitigate supply risks, support product launches, and drive data-informed decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded supply chain professional who is eager to learn, challenge the status quo, and build a long-term career in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or broader Supply Chain Operations.

What you'll get to do

Inventory Planning & Supply Visibility
•    Monitor inventory levels, inbound supply, and safety stock positions to help ensure product availability across the U.S. and Canadian markets
•    Proactively identify inventory risks, including potential out-of-stocks, excess inventory, and slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and partner with stakeholders to recommend corrective actions
•    Review inventory health metrics, stock alerts, and supply exceptions to support service level and inventory objectives
•    Support lifecycle planning activities, including new product launches, portfolio transitions, and product discontinuations
•    Maintain visibility into inventory performance and communicate risks and opportunities to planning and business partners in a timely manner
Supply Planning Execution
•    Support day-to-day supply planning activities to align inventory availability with customer demand and business priorities
•    Coordinate air shipments, launch readiness activities, inventory transfers, and non-saleable inventory management to support business continuity
•    Partner with Global Supply Planning,/ Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to monitor supply constraints, evaluate impacts, and escalate risks when needed
•    Reconcile inventory and supply data across planning and ERP systems to ensure planning accuracy and execution excellence
•    Contribute to achieving inventory and service level targets through proactive follow-up and issue resolution
Data Analytics & Reporting
•    Maintain, validate, and analyze supply planning data to support operational decision-making
•    Develop, refresh, and distribute reports and dashboards related to inventory health, service levels, supply risks, and operational performance
•    Analyze root causes of service-level gaps, inventory variances, and supply disruptions, providing actionable insights and recommendations
•    Track and support key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turns, service level performance, excess and obsolete inventory, and forecast alignment
•    Ensure planning data and reporting are accurate, timely, and easily accessible to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, and Global teams to support business priorities and operational execution
•    Support cross-functional planning discussions by providing timely inventory insights and supply recommendations
•    Communicate inventory risks, constraints, and opportunities clearly and proactively to stakeholders
•    Build strong working relationships across functions and become a trusted partner for operational and planning-related initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement
•    Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities, and enhance planning effectiveness
•    Support ongoing improvements in supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes
•    Leverage Excel, ERP systems, planning tools, and emerging technologies to increase visibility, efficiency, and decision-making quality
•    Contribute ideas that improve data quality, reporting automation, inventory optimization, and operational performance
•    Embrace new ways of working and help drive a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and learning

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field
•    1-3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, Operations, or a related supply chain function
•    Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, data analysis, and reporting
•    Experience with SAP, SAP IBP, Power BI, or other ERP and planning systems is preferred
•    Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
•    Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
•    A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence
•    Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive results
•    Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and supply chain processes
•    Experience within consumer goods, beauty, luxury, retail, or other fast-moving product environments is a plus

Compensation Data

As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, PUIG offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
