The Opportunity

To support the execution of the supply planning process for the US and Canada markets, ensuring efficient inventory management and strong operational support. The Supply Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating high service levels, maintaining optimal inventory health, and enhancing the smooth operation of supply chain activities by working closely with the Supply Planning Manager and other team members.

What you'll get to do

Inventory Tracking and Management:
•    Assist in monitoring stock levels, tracking incoming shipments, and identifying potential stock discrepancies or risks.
•    Review stock alerts weekly to identify and mitigate low or high stock level risks.
•    Track and analyse OTIF root causes.
•    Reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low rotation, analysing them and proposing reusability alternatives.


Support Supply Planning:
•    Provide operational support for air shipments, launches, and non-saleable stock management, ensuring timely execution and adherence to processes.
•    Reconcile quantities misalignments between systems.


Data Management and Reporting:
•    Responsible for updating, exporting, and consolidating data for supply planning reports. Ensure reports related to inventory management, supply chain performance, and other relevant metrics are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.


Collaboration and Communication:
•    Serve as a liaison between operations departments, facilitating communication and coordination to support supply chain operations.
•    Perform administrative tasks related to supply chain operations, including document preparation, system updates, and meeting coordination.


Process Improvement:
•    Identify and suggest enhancements to supply planning and inventory management processes as part of continuous improvement initiatives.

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Educational Background: Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Experience: 1+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management. 
•    Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience or training in SAP or other ERP systems. Demonstrated ability in managing, exporting, and consolidating data effectively.
•    Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
•    Adaptability: Quick learner with the capability to adapt to new systems and processes. Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.
•    Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyse solutions, and execute plans to resolve problems efficiently.

Compensation Data

As required by New York State's salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 - $70,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
