The Opportunity

As a Media Coordinator, Prestige Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution and operational excellence of integrated media campaigns across our prestige fragrance portfolio, including Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Media & Advocacy, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams, agency partners, creators, retailers, and media networks to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly from briefing through reporting. What you'll get to do
• Join a collaborative team of media and advocacy professionals, reporting to the Senior Manager, Media & Advocacy
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, PR, Influencer, E-Retail, DTC, and Creative teams to support integrated campaign planning and execution
• Assist in the development and coordination of national media, retail media, and creator marketing campaign briefs, ensuring strategic alignment across internal and external partners
• Manage and organize campaign creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across media channels and partner platforms. Coordinate asset updates and revisions with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners while maintaining alignment on brand standards and campaign objectives
• Support campaign reporting by transforming performance data and media metrics into polished presentations and actionable insights for local and international stakeholders
• Manage workflows and logistics related to influencer, advocate, agency, and vendor activations, ensuring flawless execution and delivery timelines
• Provide on-site support for brand events, media activations, creator experiences, and VIP engagements
• Help streamline team operations through the development of efficient workflows, task management processes, meeting recaps, and follow-up tracking to improve collaboration and accountability
• Support budget management activities, including purchase orders, invoice processing, financial reconciliation, and campaign budget tracking
• Monitor industry trends across media, luxury beauty, digital platforms, and creator partnerships to help inform future opportunities and best practices
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in media, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields; relevant internship experience is welcomed
• Strong interest in media, creator marketing, luxury brands, emerging digital platforms, and consumer engagement
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfort working with campaign reporting, presentations, and performance data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus

Compensation
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
