The Opportunity

Our Niche Fragrance & Beauty Marketing Team is looking for their partner to support the growth of the Brand portfolio. The ideal Marketing Coordinator is energetic, innovative, resourceful, and a great team player. The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of the annual marketing plans for the US business and will be a strong partner to cross-functional teams to manage business needs. The ideal candidate also has strong analytical skills and will be able to conduct in-depth market analysis monthly and for key business review periods. This role will give the opportunity to learn short-term business drivers for the fragrance & beauty market as well as brand building. It will allow this person to deepen their expertise for the North America - US Market and with major retailers.

What you'll get to do

Conduct Market Analysis and tactical marketing research: 
•    Category and market analysis on a monthly basis and monitor competitive activities in order to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
•    Seasonal performance analysis from owned brands and competition and highlight key learnings and best practices.
•    Support the Marketing Team for adhoc market analysis requests.
•    Analyze and report sampling performance for Niche Brands and recommend best practices for future implementation.

Support the execution of marketing activation for Niche Fragrances & Beauty/Color: 
•    Ownership of all local marketing assets for timely and successful delivery of all promotional activities.
•    Seasonal comp planning for photo shoots, retailer needs and presentations.
•    Cross-functional departments relationships, including the global teams and operations for flawless and timely communication. 
•    Maintain promotional tools calendar up to date.
•    Local promotional assets development, including local coding and operation briefing.
•    Support asset management for selected brands, including copy and images timely delivery.
•    Coordinate the delivery of retailer gratis and sampling for each season.
•    Create and maintain sales support materials such as the pricing tools and product info.
•    Assist in budget management (invoice tracking and vendor communication).

Production and organization of marketing material for key events: 
•    Support the development of collaterals for National Sales Meetings.
•    Ensure cross functional communication during events. 

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
•    1-2 years of related marketing experience.
•    Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent execution.
•    Result-driven with a can-do attitude, team player spirit, proactivity, and a startup mindset.
•    Strong analytical skills, creativity, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, strong relationship building and management skills. 
•    High EQ, and solid interpersonal skills, passionate, driven, and eager to learn.
