The Opportunity

The Manager, Field Resource Planning, Field Staffing & Performance is the key stakeholder for Puig North America’s field staffing partnership with CoWorx and the link between CoWorx, the field and Puig’s internal teams: Commercial Planning, the divisions, Finance, HR and Legal. The role sits in the new transversal planning organization within Commercial Strategy & Planning and covers Prestige, Niche, Byredo and Dr. Barbara Sturm with one view of field staffing. This role is responsible for ensuring the freelance staffing program operates effectively across the business while supporting field coverage needs, budget management and day-to-day execution. The position owns the KPIs the staffing strategy is built on and serves as the voice to the field on what is working and what needs to improve. The Manager will work across multiple stakeholders to ensure staffing plans are executed against business priorities and field coverage requirements.

What you'll get to do

CoWorx Partnership and Stakeholder Management
•    Day-to-day owner of the CoWorx relationship: scope, rates, service levels, performance reviews and escalations
•    Single point of contact between CoWorx and Puig’s internal teams: Commercial Planning, the four divisions, Finance, HR and Legal, covering contracts, compliance, invoicing and accruals
•    Onboarding, offboarding and compliance of freelance talent with HR and Legal
•    Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between staffing needs, business priorities and operational execution
•    Coordinate issue resolution and communication between internal stakeholders and external staffing partners

Account Management of the Freelance Program
•    Manage the program across Prestige, Niche, Byredo and DBS: bookings, coverage, hours and budget tracking by division, retailer and door
•    Execute the seasonal and in-season staffing plans set by the Director, Commercial Planning and the Heads of Sell-Out; flag risks and gaps early
•    Monitor staffing coverage and utilization to ensure freelance resources are aligned to business needs and execution priorities
•    Invoicing, accruals and budget reconciliation with Finance
•    Maintain visibility into staffing demand, coverage requirements and budget performance across brands and retailers

Reporting and Analytics
•    Own the monthly field staffing KPI report: hours, spend, coverage, productivity and return by division, retailer and door
•    Build and maintain the metrics that feed the staffing strategy, using the governed dashboards from Business & Data Analytics rather than manual trackers
•    Track and monitor staffing performance against established KPIs and business objectives
•    Be the voice to the field and the teams: articulate the KPIs, what they say and where to improve
•    Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting supports planning, budgeting and staffing decision

Planning Cycles and Process Improvement
•    Bring the staffing view into the seasonal planning cycles: launches, events, Visual Weeks and holiday
•    Partner with Commercial Planning, Sales Operations and the Data team to support staffing planning and operational execution
•    Improve the current process through automation and new ways of working with CoWorx, Sales Operations and the Data team
•    Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting processes and enhance program execution
•    Support continuous improvement efforts that drive efficiency, consistency and visibility across the staffing program

We'd love to meet you if you have

•    3–5 years in field sales, retail operations or third-party staffing and agency account management, ideally in prestige beauty
•    Hands-on knowledge of how field and freelance staffing works at retail: bookings, coverage, productivity and execution
•    Strong numbers and Excel; comfortable building a monthly KPI report and presenting it; Power BI a plus
•    Vendor or partner management experience: contracts, service levels, invoicing and compliance
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
•    Organized, operational and reliable: you make a program run and people trust your numbers
•    A clear communicator who can talk to a field team and a Finance team on the same day
•    Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and balancing both operational and analytical responsibilities
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred; SAP and retailer portals a plus

We welcome Creators Of All Kinds. If you are unsure of meeting all the requirements but trust you have the transferable skills to excel in this role, complete the application and our teams will get in touch if you are selected for an interview.
