What you'll get to do
- Organize fabric library by season
- Enter fabric data into software ensuring complete accuracy for production use.
- Perform administrative tasks, including preparing deliveries and pick-ups to/from local fabric agents, swatching print pitch sheets, shipping out fabric development packages, etc.
- Collect fabric research packages and price fabric selection.
- Create seasonal cards with fabric swatch and all fabric technical information.
- Maintain fabric board and update as needed.
- Create and maintain fabric rings with seasonal swatches.
- Assess information in fabric chart for accuracy.
- Source fabrics with local fabric retailers as needed.
- Recolor print CADS when necessary.
- Track simple fabric shipments and provide outstanding documents when needed.
- Manage incoming fabric rolls with the team
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $16.50/hour.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Must be a current student or recent graduate
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Photoshop. Illustrator, Good Sense of Color, Detail Oriented, Neat presentation Skills
- Must have Basic Fabric Knowledge
