The Opportunity

E-Retail Manager, Niche, you will drive Puig’s digital acceleration strategy and execution across key retail partners including Sephora, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, etc., while strengthening performance across the full e-retail funnel. This role will focus on delivering best-in-class execution, accelerating dotcom growth, and enhancing customer engagement across retailer platforms, while working in close partnership with global teams based in Paris to ensure alignment and consistency across markets.

What you'll get to do

Performance, Insights & Digital Acceleration

  • Drive e-retail performance across key partners, supporting sales growth, traffic, and new customer acquisition through strong execution
  • Establish and maintain robust KPI tracking to measure performance vs. targets, translating data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and retailer benchmarking (emails, social, key campaigns) to identify trends and inform execution
  • Expand business and market knowledge to identify key growth drivers across categories and channels
  • Ensure best-in-class execution across retailer platforms, maintaining high standards for product pages, visibility, and campaign activations
  • Deliver against sales targets, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of launches and portfolio updates, with agility to implement corrective actions when needed
  • Build expertise across the digital funnel (search, affiliate, CRM) to support customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion
  • Apply a test-and-learn mindset, identifying and scaling opportunities to improve performance across retailer.com environments
  • Partner on category strategy to drive growth across key brands and support future DTC opportunities

 

Retailer Partnership & Commercial Execution

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key retail partners and their .com teams, establishing effective ways of working
  • Drive visibility and placement across retailer platforms, negotiating impactful exposure across fragrance and color categories
  • Develop and execute commercial plans (promotions, sampling, allocations, omni activations) aligned with retailer calendars and business priorities
  • Ensure excellence in execution across all activations (product pages, launches, GWPs, sampling), delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and implement new opportunities with retail partners through continuous testing and optimization
  • Recommend and support execution of campaigns and activations for launches and key moments, aligning assets, exposure, and offers with retailer strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally on media and merchandising to ensure cohesive and high-performing campaigns

 

Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with global teams based in Paris to align on priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistency across markets
  • Deliver clear and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and time zones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (marketing, media, sales) to ensure all consumer touchpoints are aligned and optimized
  • Work closely with KADs to support omni-channel strategies, while executing retailer-specific digital initiatives
  • Partner with marketing and media teams to integrate merchandising priorities into email, search, and social campaigns
  • Liaise with operations teams on demand planning, inventory, and fulfillment to support launches and promotional activities
  • Partner with global e-commerce teams to build and execute merchandising calendars, leveraging insights and best practices from international markets

We'd love to meet you if you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of eCommerce, retailer.com, or digital experience within prestige beauty, fashion, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of digital media, performance data, and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proven track record of developing and executing e-retail strategies that drive measurable growth, optimize performance, and deliver ROI
  • Deep experience partnering with key retail accounts (e.g., Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale’s) and navigating retailer ecosystems
  • Category experience in fragrance, color cosmetics, or adjacent categories preferred
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional and global stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with a strong commercial and digital mindset
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently lead initiatives and drive business impact
  • Passion for retail, e-commerce, and delivering elevated brand and customer experiences
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Photoshop a plus
  • Curious and innovative, with a test-and-learn mindset across omni-channel environments

 

 

 

Compensation Data

As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000.00 - $110,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
