The Opportunity
As the Assistant Manager, E-Retail, Niche, you will support the growth of BYREDO, Penhaligon’s, Dries Van Noten, Christian Louboutin Beauty, and L'artisan Parfumeur North America e-retail business across key strategic retail partners. This role is responsible for executing digital commerce strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and deliver a best-in-class online consumer experience across retailer platforms.
You will work closely with the Niche E-Retail Manager, retailer partners and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Media, and Demand Planning to execute digital activations, support product launches, optimize online assortments, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, highly organized, and passionate about luxury beauty and digital commerce.
What you'll get to do
Drive E-Retail Performance
- Partner with the Niche E-Retail Manager to monitor weekly and monthly e-retail performance by retailer, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions to improve results
- Support the North America e-retail business across key retail partners including Sephora, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Macy’s, Saks Global, and other strategic accounts
- Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, conversion, product performance, and retailer KPIs to identify risks and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain recurring business reports and dashboards to track performance against goals
- Monitor competitive activity, category trends, and digital best practices to inform recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve product discovery, conversion, and overall digital performance across retailer platforms
- Support forecasting discussions by partnering with Demand Planning and Supply teams to monitor inventory levels, in-stock rates, and launch readiness
- Leverage data and insights to make recommendations that drive profitable growth and improve the consumer experience
Support Retailer.com Excellence
- Partner with retailer.com teams and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution across product detail pages, brand destinations, merchandising placements, search, and promotional activations
- Coordinate the execution of product launches, holiday campaigns, sampling programs, gift-with-purchase initiatives, retailer media activations, and retailer-specific events
- Ensure product content, imagery, copy, digital assets, and smart sampling programs are delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for each retail partner
- Monitor retailer sites regularly to identify out-of-stock risks, content issues, pricing discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization
- Partner with global e-retail and brand teams to implement digital guidelines, launch assets, assortment updates, and brand storytelling across retailer platforms
- Evaluate promotional and campaign performance and translate learnings into actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Media, Communications, and Demand Planning teams to support business objectives
- Partner with retail partners to support seasonal planning, digital activations, sampling programs, gift-with-purchase initiatives, and key commercial moments across retail partners
- Partner with the BYREDO.com team to ensure alignment across launches, assortment priorities, content updates, and brand storytelling while maintaining distinct channel strategies
- Communicate business updates, project timelines, opportunities, risks, and executional issues to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Support the development and execution of annual retailer activation calendars and track performance against key objectives and budgets
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, e-retail, digital commerce, retailer.com, marketing or related commercial functions
- Experience working with prestige beauty, luxury, fashion, fragrance, or other consumer brands preferred
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop to support digital content, imagery, and e-commerce asset management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience supporting retailer.com businesses and digital merchandising initiatives
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, new customer acquisition, and digital media performance
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with retailer reporting platforms, digital analytics tools, and e-commerce performance dashboards preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for luxury beauty and digital commerce

Compensation Data
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000.00 - $90,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
