The Opportunity
The Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily e-commerce logistics operations to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of our business processes. This position demands a strong proficiency in system operations, effective communication skills, and a thorough grasp of task management. The responsibilities include liaising with third party logistics (3PL), Key Account, Customer Service and Sales teams to uphold product delivery and inventory commitments. Our ultimate goal is to consistently deliver services in their entirety and on schedule. To achieve this, the Logistics Coordinator must be adept at devising action plans, proactively monitoring potential issues at every stage of the process, from the creation of deliveries to their reception by the retailer or store location.
What you'll get to do
• Warehouse Efficiency: Monitor daily warehouse operations, including product reception, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring that these processes are executed on time and with the highest quality to meet customer requirements
• Assist Logistics Manager with Wholesale and E-Commerce Operations as well as Inventory Operations as needed
• Serve as a liaison between the PUIG team and our 3PL warehouse, facilitating communication to maintain a harmonious and productive working relationship
• Proactively address and efficiently resolve shipping and transport issues, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of product within our two warehouse locations (Allentown, Pennsylvania and New Brunswick, NJ)
• Manage and streamline the process for returns, guaranteeing a hassle-free experience and resolution for all brands in tandem with 3PL
• Implement meticulous tracking and tracing of inbound and outbound products, aligning with specific requirements and expectations per brand
• Coordinate and oversee special projects such as holiday gift sets, gift with purchase, and other seasonal needs in collaboration with our 3PL enhancing our service offerings and overall customer experience

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial, Commercial Service, Logistics, and Planning
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong dedication to meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Showcase expertise in accountability, execution, customer service, project management, and organizational/timeline delivery, ensuring that projects are completed with precision and efficiency
• Possess a strong team spirit and the ability to lead, innovate, collaborate effectively, and share knowledge within the team and across departments
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, showing traits of perseverance, efficiency, curiosity, passion, and agility in all tasks and projects
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup, to effectively analyze and present data
• Ability to travel between both warehouses and NYC office location three days a week
