The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Retail Intern to support our retail team in Milan. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales analysis, team management, and store operations within a dynamic retail environment.

 

What you'll get to do

  • Assist in analyzing sales data (sell-out) to identify market trends and support strategic decision-making;
  • Collaborate with the commercial department to help plan future sales activities, balancing sell-in and sell-out targets;
  • Support the management of the sales budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OBJ);
  • Assist in team coordination, including shift planning, performance evaluation, and bonus allocation;
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and adherence to brand visual merchandising guidelines;
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment efforts and coordinate with the training department to organize staff development sessions;
  • Support relationship management with store managers and external staffing agencies;
  • Assist in scouting locations and coordinating the opening of new mono-brand stores.

Ideally, the person we are looking for this internship position should possess:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field;
- Fluency in English is a must, Spanish and French are a plus;
- Analytical mindset;
- Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Achievement Orientation (motivated to support the team in reaching its goals);
- Attention to detail is a must;
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
