The Opportunity

As a member of the Regional Markets HR team, you will support the delivery of strategic people initiatives across markets, contributing to talent development, internal mobility, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. Working closely with the Global and Regional HR Directors, regional HR teams and local market stakeholders, you will help coordinate cross-market projects, generate people insights, and ensure the successful execution of key HR priorities aligned with business objectives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of Human Resources topics in an international environment, developing strong capabilities in Talent Management, People Analytics, Project Management and stakeholder collaboration while making a tangible impact across the region.

What you'll get to do

Support to the Global Director Markets HR & Team

  • Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to the HR Director and the regional HR team.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions across the regional HR community.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and briefing materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of regional HR governance forums, ensuring action tracking and stakeholder alignment.
  • Act as a key coordination point between the regional HR team and local markets.

Talent Management & High Potential Tracking

  • Support the coordination and follow-up of Talent Review and Succession Planning processes across markets.
  • Maintain and update talent trackers, succession plans and high-potential talent databases.
  • Assist in preparing talent insights, executive summaries and presentation materials for leadership discussions.
  • Support follow-up actions related to talent development, retention and key talent pipelines.

Talent Mobility & Career Development

  • Support the coordination and tracking of regional talent mobility initiatives, including international moves, talent pipelines and visibility of mobile talent.
  • Maintain mobility dashboards and talent profiles across markets.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify development opportunities and cross-market career moves.
  • Participate in mobility-related projects aimed at enhancing internal career opportunities and talent retention.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with recruitment coordination for regional and market HR roles, including vacancy posting, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding activities for new team members joining the regional organisation.
  • Contribute to talent attraction and employer branding initiatives when required.

Retail & Strategic People Projects

  • Support the execution of regional HR projects linked to key business priorities, including Retail, Talent Development and Organisational Effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-market projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications are effectively managed.
  • Support data collection, analysis and preparation of materials for project governance and decision-making.
  • Contribute to initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines and people capabilities across markets.

People Analytics & Reporting

  • Support the analysis and monitoring of HR KPIs and talent metrics across the region.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to talent, mobility, recruitment and organisational development.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for the HR team and business stakeholders.

Learning, Engagement & Communication

  • Support the coordination of regional learning and development initiatives, including logistics, communications and participant management.
  • Assist in employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across markets.
  • Support internal communications related to talent programmes, mobility opportunities and regional HR projects.
  • Collaborate in the organisation of workshops, HR community meetings and regional event

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Talent Management, Mobility, Organisational Development and HR Analytics.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and interest in working with data and dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn in an international environment.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
